We accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless defective.
